Great day at Sandy Point - Decided to do a one hour session for GPS team challenge and that ended up doing me in - By the time the best part of the day arrived my hamstrings were cramping and I was struggling to keep it together. Need to get a better fin for iSonic. First part of day done on JP FSW 93 II and Stealth 6.5 - fastest runs on smaller gear though. Looking forward to getting TM45 fin and seeing if that give me some more security at speed - don't trust Drake fin. KA Carbon boom has made a whole world of difference to 5.5m responsiveness. Disappointed not to blow my PBs out of the water today but think I have a few here. Great to see so many for Al's speed fortnight - GPS sailing is a real revolution. Amazing speeds by Chris, Mal, Dan etc etc today. Awesome - can't wait to beat these times in the next SWer.

Great looking day down the Pit,flat water and mainly broad on the course, the wind was a little in and out so you had to time the gusts. T1 speed 40 and RS Racing 5.8.

Nearly screwed the pooch on the best gust of the day by catapulting at the start of the run, but just managed to get onto it before it backed off.
