I wish I could back you up David, but My GPS stuffed up again today and didn't record any meaningful data - It seemed to switch itself off after a couple of runs. My max display speed was around 27.5, and my distance was 6nm. It hasn't been the same since I smacked it in a catapault. The display was only showing the lower half of the screen, white text on black background and flipped left to right - mirror image. Not good!

Crazy windy and bumpy down at Kurnell this afternoon! 1 metre chop and well over 30 knots. Hard to keep the board on the water! I only lasted half an hour before I decided to sit and watch.

hmmmm i was about to say lucky buggeres until I read Mike's post, still dam house painting and family. No sailing for me this weekend (might try an evening session tonight if possible, pretty sure I am dreaming)
