Gear failure rigging...back hurt...sail...get dunked...buggered.

A great avo on the water, started with the NP V6 6.5 and Jp Xcite 110 with 36 mean lines fin. Changed to MS Global 5.8 and JP SS 118, 38 cm Jp fin when Bel arrived. Although I had plenty of power with the 5.8 never really felt comfy with it today. Still.....landed more jibes than i put down so I am happy about that.

Nice lunch time sesh. Wind was up early and to beat the horrible afternoon gustathon I was out at 1. Only lasted about 2 hours but some nice deep runs into the bay. No one out so water was pretty flat and had to be back for first bus trip back from first full day of high school.Smile

Bummer Pete - No serious damage to Body and Gear I hope - I'm nursing a crushed foot (during a failed gybe crushed between the mast and deck)

The Beer would have fixed allCool

Impressive efforts DavMen. Peter and Tim. This summer has been really great for wind, much better than last year so its great you can get out and make the most of it. Bummer about the injuries, I know how you feel having just strained my lower back at work.
