Nice sail, but pretty gusty and bumpy. JP FSw 92, Gaastra Pulse 5.0, Gorge gear 30cm B&J fin.

I recently did a firmware upgrade to the Geko, and it seemed to cause some problems causeing the time and date to be wrong in the GPX files. Easy GPS did not like it. Eventually GPSBabel got it ou as happeing in 1972 which was not accepted by KA72. Eventually did a search replace on date and got it into KA72... what an effort. Hope it is all sorted for future use!!

Good work again! My bloody GT-31 froze up on me AGAIN yesterday!!!! I'm so pissed off, I was having some ripper runs on my 6.0, was fully lit up. This really sucks!

HI Guys,

Have just joined the team, so a big hello!!

Just wondering, I have some logs for late December, and yesterday and the previous Tuesday. I only just joined today. Can I enter these sessions in here?

Great results guys. Hope I can contribute.

Cheers,

Adrian

It's cool Keef, looks like a very kind fellow speedster has offered me a spare for an interim while I take a brick to mine....

Welcome aboard Adrian. Hope to see you out and about and meet you in person. I'm on North Sails, come and say G'day.

Hi Adrian, welcome aboard.

I am only new to this myself, but I think the logs for a particular month have to be submitted within seven days of the end of the month, so the December ones are probably too late. The January ones will be fine though I am guessing.

This is good! The more sailors we have, the more likely it is that we can get two sailors posting for the same day.

Thanks Guys,

I added my session for Jan 5th. I will pull my session for yesterday up tonight. Expecting a reasonable speed as the GPS max speed is displaying higher than I have achieved before, but I use a Garmin Geko, so not sure how accurate that is

I mainly sail Kyeemah on Botany Bay. I normally turn up in my old white Subaru WRX (or my wiife's silver liberty wagon), and I have an orange JP FSW 92, and will be sailing on either a green 5.0 Gaastra Pulse wave sail, or a blue/grey 6.2 NP Hellcat. Come and say hello if you see me!!

Other places I sometimes sail are Lake Maquarie sometimes. Various central coast locations. Occasional south trips (have sailed Sanctuary Point and Swan Lake).

Great to meet you all!!
