Nice cruisy day down at woodman point today with Mark, Greg and a whole bunch of SRM...not to mention about 30 pesky kiters Yell

Wind wasn't too bad but I did feel quite underdone most runs. High point was definately mark taking out a teabagger Laughing

Woodies with Snake, Lao, a gaggle of SRM, a S/Sider (Darryl) and a lone Pit crew member (Spotty).

Got down there after 4 and missed the best of the wind.  It was cranking when I arrived (recorded a 30K gust on my anemometer!) and I was fooled into rigging small...SP47 + 5.8 Koncept + 23 KA assy.  Got one semi-powered run on that combo for a 34 peak, before it completely backed off.

Changed up to 93 S-Type + 7.0 TR5 + 34 Talon.  Even on this gear I was struggling at times.  Gave away the speed runs and had some fun going for Alpha's and generally blasting around on the outside.

Good to get wet after a relatively windless week, but pretty mediocre for Woodies.

Woodies with a heap of WA crew. Best runs were at the start.

Used the 6.3 warp and still finding it hard going so will have to keep tweaking.

JPslalom 84, Warp 6.3, wailing banshee 24cm weedy.

Pretty shallow despite a highish tide. One big twang through kite linesInnocent

Well done, Snake on kicking my arse! He was faster and sailed further out in the chop. Same sail size and board size.

You win!

Top moment was Dr Matt's laydown gybe off!Cool

Good to get wet after a week of house stuff. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Had a run down at Hardies. Well underpowered the whole time, but nice and flat as always. Always a joy on the small board!

Good to catch up with Mandurah crew and meet Stringer.

Snake, your cruisy day would be my PB day

Im envious, stuck working all week waiting for panelbeater to fix car. Friday morning they tell me the car wont be ready until next week ! ! ! (at least I got the work done). Had hoped I would get it back and be able to get out. Thats also why I havent returned Minerals board to him (in case your wondering).
