First sail in UK - not as cold as i though it would be . sailed my local spot (point clear) I wanted a nice easy day to get used to my old kit again. got there a bit late with tide going out but still had a good sail . decided to use my old rotational sails as lighter an
quicker to get outa the water . I didnt want to spend to much time swimmin in the cold water. I should have used race sails as i was well back handed when overpowerd.  The old axis handled well in
 the choppy water.

awsome first day sail of the year....didnt have the balls to go for it over the chop before bearing away, kept leaving it to late...it was howling though!

those of you with balls will be kickin yourselfs for not goin!
