Setup 2: JP Slalom IV 60, NP V6 5.5m2, 28cm pointer

 

A great sail through the afternoon in a variable NW breeze 10 - 25 knots.  Must have swapped the equipment 5 times through the course of the afternoon.

Good to catch up with Ricey.

a surprise winter sesh in the middle of november

was fun sailing around with jj and chris

was pretty flat and sand bar was extremely dangerious for everyone but me thanks to my 24 cm weed Laughing

for the NM i sailed right over to peli point spits a couple of times and because of the wind dirrection it was the run back to the car park that was down wind

jj you just pipped me on the 2 sec Yell and congrats on the distance PB

nice to finally get some numbers i'm pleased with

 

6.2 reflex, 85 sonic, 24 custom weedy

and for the last 30 mins 6 kg of lead for the squal that never really came

An enjoyable afternoon. The wind picked up for a while, so went for distance on the iSo 76 with Koncept 5.8m and 28 weedy.

Birdman doing the same, and Shaun flying around looking good.

It has been agony listening to the wind and going over all the reasons I shouldn't sail today. Please tell me it was gusty, choppy and horrible, and the weed mats were diabolical. Please...

yeh i recon the new weedy has alot more pace in her

was probably a touch small for the 6.2 and choppy conditions at melville

but down at SB on a good seabreeze with the 5.0 it should be very fast

even quicker once the speed board comes out

but i'm not sure about saturday i need to earn some money so i will be trying to stay at peli point Wink

but if i'm really not wanted you can count me in i'll be there Cool
