Given the right tide level and wind E or NE there should be up to 1.3NM of flat water to rival Hardies. The proof will be in the numbers...... I cannot wait to try it. Tomorrow is forecast for 20kts Easterly and enough water so I may be able to give it a try.

Firie I know what you mean, I am sailing now on a harbour frequented by great whites. I keep messing up my gybes on the outside and every weed patch on the bottom is a shark after me. I am really nervous.... but keep doing it!
