Lake Illawarra, NSW, AU

Over cooked on a 4.7 to start with but it died off, out with the usual suspects from the Gustbusters.

Nice friday sessionLaughing

Lake Illawarra, NSW, AU. Primbee. NW 10 -35 knots.

I got on the water at about 11am, but missed the 40 knot gusts. Started off on the iSonic and 5.5m sail, concentrating on NM's. The wind direction was quite unusual but made for an excellent 3km run from the yacht club to nearly the channel markers. The wind was blasting through in places with the smoothest water in the middle of the run. I managed to get two NM > 30knots - woo hoo!Smile The iSonic with the Black Project Weed Speed is such a nice combination. The 2 sec is also on the iSonic.

I swapped over to the JP after a lunch break but that seemed to chase the wind awayCry. Swapped back onto the the iSonic and the 6.5m sail for a fun blast late in the day.

Great to sail with Terry, Phil, John, Jase and Mr Backbone Keef (on his HumpCool) - go team!

iSonic 76, JP 49, 5.5m Gaastra Matrix, 6.5m NP V8, BP Weed Speed 28/45deg, MU Delta Slalom 17.6
