Another great day in Nth QLD. Wind was a little gusty but there was enough of it to have some fun. Great to catch up and sail with Bob and Ed. At one point all the kite boarders had disapeared? Very strange as they only go when the wind is right up there and it wasnt. They had seen a croc and had all decided to vacate the water pronto. Not the windsurfers though. As I had explained to them. There is always a croc or two around here. You just never see them. But you can be damn sure they can see you :)

4787 days ago Port Douglas, QLD, AU, Had a windy arvo in Port today. Firie Bob and Rico came up for a sail..It was good to see a few cairns boys up here today, doesn't seem to happen much any more.. Had a few issues with gear today,The locking pins on boom kept poping out which was pissing me off to say the least, the mast base was giving me greif Kept slipping and had to be changed as well.i could not find the sweet spot i was looking for with rig.. having a totaly trashed sail that belongs in the wheelie bin doesn't help on gusty days like today..But still had fun.. I think Firie will get 'man of the match' he was doing some unreal speed runs that were making him earn his beer at the end of the day, was good to watch..Ricko sailed the best i have seen him sail and wasn't far of the pace.I usually kick his ass but that didn't happen today,He should be happy with his resaults.. over all a good arvo and good company..Cheers Ed..

Oh man that was nothing like Burrum
I tried and tried, but was scared so scared ha, I must have had the death grip, my arm kept pumping up till I lost all strength in it so had to keep getting out to rest and yack. Only tried one real Nm as it was just too challenging, I need to fitten up but the new bionic eye was working a treat.
The other boys were sailing like demons, great company and the beer after went down well
