Another underdone session in hopelessly rough water .Right on cue the wind dropped 3-4 knots as the water smoothed out .

At last a little sunshine which made up for the crap conditions SmileCool

FF89/iS97, 7.0RBlade, 36F-Hot Sl/37KA Sl - Lammermoor Beach, QLD, AU SE 12-19kn

First hour was on the Falcon but ended up ditching it for the iSonic - worlds apart in respect to level of comfort (read confidence).  I'm starting to believe that being full carbon and lacking tail cut-outs the Falcon is not as forgiving in rough stuff as much as the wood iSonic.  The Falcon just wants to bounce you off and don't think its nearly as good an ocean board as the wood isonic.  Speeds were similar but level of effort pushing the Falcon is twice tthat for the iSonic.  All in all great to get out for a solid 2 hours+ and feeling good for it now.

Nice one Cam and Snags! Pushed us up a heap! Still lots more fun to have before the months out so hope we can jump higher again!

Nice distance Snags, almost a top 5, The 107 I was using today is the carbon and never have issues with control even in the nasty confused crap at the beach we sail in, just need the confidence that the board will do it's thing when you let it go! You should have had a go on my 90 at Burrum!
