Boggy Lake, SA, AU.  120lt/38cm/6.0m

The tone of my day was set when I split the base of my mast rigging up my 6.7.  Took three of us to get the extension out of the mast, and it only came out due to some Macguyver thinking from Tim...nice one guv'.  Rigged down to my 6.0 instead which was probably the smallest sail on the lake.  in the fiddly northerly it was a metre too shy of what I needed.  Got some alright planes, but mostly struggling to keep on the plane and kept losing ground downwind.  I won't be remembering this day fondly.  The others seemed to have good runs.

Boggy Lake, SA, AU Ne up and down first rigged 6.0m Severne Ncx on 80L Exocet  good in the gusts in the water on the lulls.  Changed to 7.5 Severne NCX on 136L JP, was a greta combination.  Wind dropped out early most guys left, then it did a 360 glassed off then came back in 12-15 NE for an hour plus, was a great day with a good turnout.

First sail in almost 2 months and feeling a bit sore, cutting 100m of turf after the session probably didnt help!

First sail on the Godzilla and M1-7.7, a nice combo but I will have to get some bigger mXr's to suit.  Pretty underfinned but the Godzilla was nice in the Boggy chop.  Good to catch up with everyone again.

Simer Godzilla - Avanti M1 7.7 - S11 41

Boggy Lake 10-20

Well done to the team. Sounds like you all had fun. Good to see that thumb print come off kimba's head for A day. Nice hour carl and pj. Unfortunately was changing the gearbox on my car but had to be done. Will hopefully get some windy conditions next weekend. Well done all
