Swan Bay,

Awesome sail today, not real windy but fairly consistant, WNW direction gave us some nice runs up over the banks on some fairly smooth water. laid my tracks on google overlay and a couple of the runs we went up to Edwards Point and back to have a look and the runs were 7.71k's long, not bad.

 Really felt Luderitz training paying off today, i haven't felt that strong and comfortable on the water for over a year,  i still have 4 months left till the event and training is starting to ramp up now, so i should be physically ready by then, just have to work on the mental side of things.

Great day on the the first good NW of the winter season. Cruised around and checked out a few spots including one leg burning 7 km run back to carpark.
