Marmong Point, NSW, AU                   JP /SL 75    Code Red 7.7 , Venom 42

Love this combo , will be better once i get the tr8 , 7.6    , NW 5 to 17 knots , very up and down breeze . Any time on the water is good .

Great to catch up with Byron , Hugh , Mick and Gurt . Also great to clean all the weed off my gear from canton in beautiful Lake mac

A very flukey westerly with the occasional decent gust. I got to try out my new phantom 7.8, it's not really really a race sail but it's very light and it gave me 29+ in crappy conditions so I'm happy with it.  Hopefully the next few days will give us some good sailing!

Marmong Point, NSW, AU

NW 10 minute windows of 12-18 nkts. It was so good to use my newly tuned sail that Greg K and Hugh figured out. I learnt

when the sail is a maui brand and the mast is sailworks, this rig has to be Tuned. My mistake was setting this combination, to the sail

downhaul using a tape measure and little else. It never felt quite right then and now it does. Thanks men. ( the new measurement is

in the book) Fanatic slalom 110 lt. 72w 420 fin

The Entrance North, NSW, AU gusty 10 - 18kts WNW 125ltre Tabou Rocket 6.6m KA concept. Scary going into choppier bits at that speed. Hope to improve! I know I can get better than that with my smaller gear.
