Nice to get out, new spot for me - was pleasantly surprised. Underpowered except for the gusts, lashing rain and short run. Not quite as warm water as Wallis! Kit was my dads so not well set up.

How do you delete part of a track?

The spot at the top of the pic is supposed to be good in a NE wind

Arakoon, NSW, AU  super light westerly, maybe 4-13 knots max. Chugged around with the 111 Futura and 7.3 and only planned once- still fun to get wet.

Hey Awesome post Tom! Well done!! Can't believe it. Welcome to the team. We were just thinking of you as we're planning that trip to Tassie. Great to have a long distance Team Member. Very interested in your sailing spots and progress. How's the van going?

Cheers Gabe, wish i was going to Tassie too! - you'll get some great speeds there weather permitting. Van is good, but i need to bite the bullet and do some work to it - stressful as it is so wet here and the back isn't waterproofed! going to take it to france in September. Saw you were getting some good numbers today. Will hopefully be back over in January!

Hi Gabe. Adam mentioned that Chris isn't well. I hope she's okay! When are you heading to Tas? Is it a sailing holiday? ;-)

Hi Nicole, Chris here - great to hear from you!!! Are you sailing yet? Hope that knee is healed and you are back on water. I have had the flu and a burst eardrum fom an ear infection, so time off water until it heals. Feeling heaps better though. We are off to Tassie in November - Pete is heading down earlier and we will meet up there. Of course it is for sailing, as well as touristy things as we have never been before. Hope to sail a lot at Stanley and do well on the speed strip there. We will be there for about a month. So good to see a post  from you, and take care!

That's good news Tom, these things take time, but better to plan it out well and get evrything right. Never mind Tassie, France sounds fantastic. There's some great speed strips in the Leucate region and La Franqui beach. Check out the Spring /Summer edition 2013 of Boards Magazine. Sure looks good! Love to see you back here in Jan. Good luck with your van. I'll send you some photos of my van mods. Cheers!

Hi Chris! Sorry to hear you haven't been well. We're not having much luck! I hope your ear gets better soon. Sounds very painful. My knee is not quite right but getting pretty close to sailable I reckon. It's been a long time! Got the all clear on the clot a few weeks ago which was great news. Your Tassie trip sounds fantastic! Hope to see you guys on the water sometime soon! :-)
