GPS Team Challenge - Mid-North Coast Marauders (NSW, Australia)

Another light wind SUP cruise, this time at Phil's house but he wasn't home. Barry very kindly helped me carry my board back to the car. He said Phil always does the same for him

Light wind slogging is not much fun, but I forgot how awesome light wind cruising on a ship built for the occasion can be. Last hour of the day as a hot pink sun slipped into the horizon. Bliss

Glad you're getting out Nic. Life's too short not to get wet, hey! Now add a few more knots of breeze, chest high waves and low tide and you'll see why a rave on so much about our little patch of paradise.

Queens on Sunday? I hanging to hit the mud bank again. 30 knots with a 20 knot alpha will do me nicely

Trial Bay shmay. Bump and jump shmump. Barry agrees. He says it's cos he's old. I have no excuse. Though I'm still yet to be out there on a day the wind is clean. And I still haven't found clean wind anywhere else in the Macleay Valley either. And anything ENE-SE is worse. If it blew true N more often it would be SWEET. Still unconvinced TB offers good sailing, but it sure is beautiful :-) Definitely want to do more light wind wave sailing out there on the SUP. Hope it comes in for you at Queens on Sun! :-)
