Didn't find top gear today, might have been the two main battens that had broken  ...Still ....it was windy, the tide was out and a few Southerly Busters to chase around.

The wind just E all day and didn't have the punch of a SE even though it peaked at 30kts. Good Fun

Went to Invy for a play with the southerly buster guys. Nice ENE 16-25 knots. probably mostly around 20. Tide nice as well.

Broke the tips on both bottom cam battens rigging up. Thats from being so out of practice that I didn't follow my own system.

The body feels a bit weary. Need to get some sailing miles in it. Looks windy for the next couple of weeks!

Go a nice gust and got a 36.34 best 10 sec. with 37.5 peak. I am pleased with that from a slalom board and 34cm fin. No more gusts though so I couldn't get over 34 for the others.

Edit: Finally ran my file in realspeed and it picked up a better Alpha. changed it.... 

Also went to fix my battens today and found..... nothing wrong with them. Man, some days I just feel so dumb! I forgot I tried the sail on an SDM mast and they still has SDM cams in. I can't believe I missed that. I am blaming old age!
