Under Captain's orders a sneaky session on home turf at WallyWorld in search of a decent corner. Had a 22 at 70m but pretty happy with the result!

Wasn't convinced when I launched from Mossie side and wobbled across but the wind came in quite nicely.

Tide was super low so well out from the bar and the usual sailing and stink boats to contend with but all in all a fun session.

A couple of blow ins from the Red Army (Severne sails) for a while but otherwise a quite Zen like session on the big gear.

46 gybes / tacks in the hour.

Melville - Futura 101, CR 7.5, Weedfin.  Love the light wind sessions, although was hard work staying upwind.  I had hoped on the hour pb, but didn't realise how much hard work is required.

Melville Beach, WA

Fun sail from 4pm - the wind was a nice steady 15 knots off Peli Pt. Had a few drags with Greg but couldn't keep up Frown

Pelican Point, WA, AU

Great formula sesh out of Peli.

On the water just before 3 on the Patrik F2 + 10.7 R5 + K76 combo. A bit light to start with and I was wondering if I shoulda rigged the 12, but it filled in nicely to around 15-18K and the setup was spot on.

Tacked up to Melville, and attempted to hit the beach for some rehydration, but with the low tide it wasn't conducive to big fins. I unhooked moments before I ran aground on my one attempt and narrowly avoided a nasty catapult.

Had some fun drags with JJ who was flying around on the big M. All in all a ripper sesh and well pleased with these speeds on the big gear.

Well done GS! And just yesterday you were saying you felt you weren't making progress. 3 PB's in a session, that's huge! A 14+ knot hour is good going too. Congratulations!

Big effort there Mark. Thanks for reading your emails! 21.6 is a pretty nifty corner for wallyworld on an ordinary day. A very impressive hour for that number of corners too! I hope someone was backing you up...
