Didn't come up like the forecast suggested, but was a lot of fun any way. Just me and Terry out there most of the time. A couple of guys came over from the yacht club but headed back in as the breeze died away. certainly no records, but it was good to get the old race sail out.......I've barely used it and had forgotten what it was like, but after seeing so many on cambered sails recently, I thought I'd better have a go! So, I used my Fanatic Triple X 115L, 348 upright fin and my Sailworks X-T racing 7.4m. The breeze was only 12knts with occaasional decent gusts, so the combination worked really well considering the conditions. Sunday is looking good for down the coast, just a bit worried about the holiday traffic.....
