18-23kts SSE Buff PT Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU- pretty average

Under rigged as I wanted to use my new 5m overdrive and it was supposed to kick in later. 79ltre FFalcon + 19cm delta. Later 6m OD.

Got going in the gusts but not enough to bearaway. Sail looked great but rigged it on my crappy 400- 30% sunshine mast ( wanted a softer mast ) and it was very clunky to rotate. Will have to rig it on the recommended Blueline 430 next time even though it will be stiffer so not be as full.

 Still a lovely 5m sail and it will be good with enough wind. Very tiring being underpowered came in and put the 6m on after an hr and much easier to get upwind etc. Some nice flat stuff today but couldn't co incide enough wind in there to get a decent bearaway.. Too shallow to gybe much inshore..No wonder my nm is so slow- it was an upwind work with some gybes in it..

6.2 reflex, 5.7 warp, 98lt f2.

was a gd sail seen the wind coming this time, got there put the 6.2 on but it was

to much, then the 5.7 was heaps better, not fully powered up but comfy sailing,

got a few jumps that u dont get the cen coast. Im to uesd to the flat water dwn

budgy, 2 3ft chop is hard work.

Another good sail, perfect end to christmas. Much choppier than on the 24th didn't feel as comfortable. Initially over-powered on a 6.2 Atlas & 115 Rocket then under-powered on a 5.4 Alpha and 100l JP freestyle.
