Safety Bay, WA, AU

First summer holiday session at SB. Tried out new Overdrive 7 and and Tribal 29 weedy on 92 Patrik.

Fin was awesome. rock solid, points high and slippery down wind. Great work Slowly.

The new OD R6 feels very different coming off the Reflexs. Very light in the hands, powerful and quick. The rotation on the OD is the best I have ever seen on any race sail. You don't even notice that they're there. You do notice the lower level of 'stability' compared to the race sails in overpowered conditions, but this is a nice sail in a very light and easy to use package and for most people, this will give them all the speed they want. Still aim to test the Reflex 6 to make a further comparison.

Hoped to get a few more runs over the bar, which was nice and flat at high tide but there just wasn't enough in the gusts to really put it to the test.
