Lake George, SA, AU S-SE Gusty 14-20 knots .Gear JP Slalom 60 2015 RSR 6.7 then E7 5.8 Tribal Speed Weed 27 .Always love sailing here but today was hard work .Wind was all over the place with big holes .Spent a lot of time stopping to remove weed off the fin & then patching a big hole that developed in the main sail panel .Taped it up went back out then another section spontaneously tore so came in & changed down to the new 5.8 .

The new sail feels light & has amazing acceleration but I could not get the cams to rotate on gybing today -no idea what was going on so after numerous adjustments & lots of cursing I returned back to shore Andrew Daff Style but not quite ...!!My fin was longer than his ...Was wheezing like an old smoker by the time I got the gear back to the rigging area-man that's hard work !!

Sailed with Glynn who was on fire today with his new 19cm Delta Speed Weed ,Several of the Tassie Guys( they have an awesome team ) &my new Buddy Sammy the Snail who was incredibly kind lending me his spare GPS ( has left mine behind at the motel ).

 NZ JP FSW and KA Kult . Started with 5.8 then got very gusty so changed to 5.3, big mistake should have gone to 4.7 and small board as it got very strong. Good time was had by all.
