Very challenging conditions. Gusty 5 to 30+kt southerly, choppy, pooring rain, lightning and thunder. Tried with the 6.4 first and after waiting for the lightning to pass, very quickly got blown off the water with the building southerly. Changed down to the 5.8 as Terry went out which was good for 15 minutes when a second storm killed the wind. Waited for a while and it finally came back, so I tried again with the 5.8.

Chester, 56cm wide slalom board, 6.4 and 5.8 Evo7, and 21cm carbon weed fin.

Primbee, NSW, AU  Well I was there, for a little while. I thought the southerly would come through, the sun would shine

and a nice consistent wind, but lightning and rain was the go. MT was out just as the storm passed over.

Easy 30knt gusts at the time, I was going out to run the swells in the middle but the wind backed off.

Tabou 3S 76l   Loft 4.7 wave    That lightning is scarey!
