2987 days ago First time down the train - was fun, wind was pretty gusty... would have preferred to be out on a 6.2 but the 7m was good for the lulls... but I'm unfit and so I didn't last long.
Interesting how to line up a good run, I think more practice there and you could get some good numbers... was too stuffed at the end to try alphas, but can see how the guys do awesome times down there :)
Nice to catch up with the Gold Coast guys and have a sail with them :)

Started on bump and jump gear - Kode 103, Gator 6.0 then changed down to slalom gear when the bank came out.
Mistral 112, KARace 7.1, BP 35.
The slalom gear takes some getting used to after a long break. The blisters didn't help either. Good to catch up with Tony, Rob, Roly, Chris, Curt and the rest of the Goldie crew.
