Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU

Nice arvo, didn't look strong enough for small sail so went &.7, CASL62, 28MUF. Tried for an hour as not much else likely to happen. Johnny, Tibor, Wayne, Matt, Frothie, Pete, Glynn & Mick at the end.

Coal Point, NSW, AU

RS2 and 6.6m

At last a really good NE. Fully powered up with the 6.6. Not great at the islands, but great fun blasting all over the lake with Hugh. He was testing out his new isonic vs his old CA. I was the control.

Congrats on the PBs Russ.

It was super shallow today. I was touching the bottom with a 34 fin, had to be careful through the gap. But once through it is much deeper.

Which direction did you get your NM PB? I find the fastest runs are back towards Coal Point.

Good stats Rus especially for Coal! Congrats on the Pb's ! The little symbols are for the stats that are used for the team comp - so the best 2 are used and this can vary as people post.So best aplhas / 2 secs etc ..I sometimes get them but they are soon chewed up when someone faster posts..Undecided..Alos if Byron or someone got a higher one earlier in the month that is used..I think this is right correct me if it's wrong guys!

Sounds like a good day! Hope it blows today.. probably going to Peely as need to get a USB of pics to Glynn..

The symbols represent the session that is currently representing the team for the month. If you click on a symbol it will take you to that session.

Eg click on Hughs "2S" and you will see on 4-Feb Hugh and Byron both did over 40 kts. The average is shown as 40.69 this is in bold as it is the best for the month.

To get the symbols, you need to be the second best sailor on a day that Byron sails Wink

So kiddies, does that mean only the best 2 team scores in each category for the month count? I thought the best 2 in each category each day counted but I have been known to be wrong. Well that's what Tibor says but I don't actually remember being wrong.

its the best two scores, averaged for the one sess a month

eg. byron posts a 40, same day Andrew posts a 20 (pb) total 60, averaged 30

on the same day or different day within the month

bruce posts a 32 , same day Tibor posts a 34 total 64, averaged 33

the bruce/ tibor sess would het the jelly beans as the best team average for a day regardless of the fact that byrons individual score was the best

A lot of guys get good numbers individually but you sorta gotta work together to do better as a team,  a lot of the team scores for the month aren't that great compared to wha5 people can do......its a matter of both getting goid hrs etc on the same day

with Byron representing the highest most consistent numbers achieved for any sess its just a matter of doing well on the same day

eg Andrews great hr, complimented by Byrons great consistency on the same day. ...wallah.....great team hr....

Oh I forgot....your not really supposed to be striving to be better or competitive with whats been set by others. .....Im pretty sure your supposed to switch of focus, commitment,  hardwork, passion....and just have fun alone..........

That is the sole purpose of the GPSTC

By defining it any other terms is akin to cheating.........😗
