BOOB BAY-Shark bay-Wow what an amazing sailing spot, blue as blue warm shallow water. Thanks you so much decrepid mike for the spot!!! Amazing!! a must for any sailer. I sailed at mid day when the tide was high-so plenty of wind chop and the wind didn't really get blowing to break my BP's. My largest sail is a 6.2 overdrive. Must say it was the flatest water i have sailed on yet! still not perfect. I was a bit spooked sailing in such a remote location on my own- well one big tiger shark was hanging around. Great sail!!! my peak was 31.07 i think.

Congrats on the PB Toby, the 5x10 is pretty close to your 2sec which indicates you were pretty consistent. I'll have to find out more info about Shark Bay as I've never been there but have heard it can be really good sailing. Hope you get some great sailing conditions when in Mandurah Laughing

 

I find the Seabreeze forecasts to be a bit optimistic but they seem to be indicating that Perth may get a few Seabrezes next week???

Optimistic for Mandurah for sure Morts:-) Windfinder - Mandurah Estuary- is a nice pessimistic alternative as a balance to WillyWeather/Meteye.
