Needed a 7.5 at some stages of the run and a 5.8 on others. The swells finally settled once the tide turned, but ran out of wind and light. Had to finish the session on my Formula board to get the final leg of my distance, bit twitchy with only a 6.6 on it and my back leg was burning trying to hold it on the water without the help of a bgger sail; too tired to re-rig.  
Was able to run the nautical mile after Postie pointed out how far short I was. Cheers
