Nice sail with a few of the Mob except for a long 25min swim in the middle of the bay after finding a sizeable wind hole.....

What a woeful sail! Wrong baord and sail for the up/down conditions. So much for the strong wind forecast, very disappointed!

Used Exocet Warp 90L, Severne Gator 6.0 and 30 fin later changed to 34 fin but not much better.

Turners Camp, Sandstone Point, QLD, AU

Gave Sandstone Point a crack today for the first time. Rigged Ray95 and Ryde 6.5 with Talon 32 as looked to be a steady breeze. But looked more than it was and there was plenty of weed so struggled. Changed to a bigger fin which was marginally better but still not quite right so went to the Hawk113 and vmax35 which was much better.

Sandstone is interresting - cant sail on low tide, there are rocks that you need to dodge, there was lots of weed which the locals said was unusual, a bunch of jellies out a bit further. I think the chop on the south east was smaller than Wello and definatly smaller than Queens.

I managed to clean up my brand new vmax fin on the rocks - its only money!!

Great day at wello today perfect tide for sailing over the banks.

Rigged too small a sail today but still good fun .

First Run on the 6.3 Gun GSR today felt awesome first run out pretty much rigged to spec, it defiantly has some some punch in it for its size.

Rotation was a breeze. These sails look and feel great, looking forward to spending some more time on them. Big thanks to Justin Lord for sending his personal sails for me to try.

Had two GPS Sessions. This is the first. Really enjoyed the mixed bump and jump and some flatish runs. Good turnout and good to see all.
