4 Day run and over 230K of sailing my beer tastes pretty good this afternoon. Another great day with team GB and my mate from the central coast.

What a perfect way to celebrate 29 years of service in the Navy!

Was powered up all day along with over 30 windsurfers. Back pain was non-existant again thanks to the loan of Matt's spare harness. Will need to look at getting something that is very similar... Really happy with my sailing, only dropping about four gybes all day.

Well done to those that sailed today. I clearly noted a "little bit of extra effort" by everyone!

JP60, OD 6.2, fav Keef weedie, then Falcon 79

And another great windsurfing day at SP. Got there early after captain suggested yesterday the early bird might get the worm for today, and a scored nice waterside car spot right beside the club house.

There wasnt much wind at first, then I saw Craig Cole rigging his 8.4 and realised the wind must be on its way. Rigged the fav 6.2 and was comfortably powered up from the start. Had some great runs across the bay.  Found a hobie in trouble on its side in the weedbed on other side with a sailor first time out on it. Minor drama but all back up and running.

After about 40ks, changed down to the smaller board and thought today could be a good day to celebrate the speed PB's with a distance PB. The 6.2 was about right most of the time, with some moments of too much and moments of not enough. Nearly got mowed down by a massive speed boat headed for me and I didnt see him until he was nearly on me, then he nearly took out the Captain Yell .

The summer of windsurfing, hope we get a few more days like that

Sanctuary Point, NSW, AU great to be on the water with so many sailors and heaps of gustbusters with Elli trying for another 2sec PB, Dezza was all over the basin like ants on a watermelon, with Brenden hogging all the jelly beans as useual, good to see clubhouse craig again who had to leave early

basically it wasn't an easy sail as had 3 board changes and sometimes the wind a bit to much for the 6.4 and other times not enough

Good work Gusties. TP what model of harness was it?

Not sure Andrew but the new Severne CMR High Back Seat is very similar as I tried one on this afternoon. That's what I'm probably going to get due to the amount of support and adjustment it offers. http://www.severnesails.com/harness/severne-cmr

Interesting TP. What were you using previously? I'm looking for a beatter seat harness.

Nige, I've been using Ion "Pace" and "Fuel" harnesses. Both are seat types but are very low and essentially don't support my RH flank (where I've been experiencing the pain). Trying on the CMR yesterday identified the higher profile that hopefully will alleviate the support issue.
