First time on the speed board but other than beach starting in 20cm of water it was awesome. Still loving the Hucker for speed sailing, it may not have the same top end as race sails but it has so much power and is so easy to handle. I'm thinking of putting a simple adjustable outhaul on the boom as I kept it pretty flat for todays strong winds but bellying it out a bit might give me a few more knots on my 2 sec. Heaps out, great arvo on the water. I'm addicted

training today lucky to get out in time but got there to late looked windy but was shit no wind in the flats was strugling big time on speed board so went in and got slalom should have been on 7m but no time.
Wish I had been there at lunch would have been a cracking day.
I was at tomago for my training and it was shacking the building blowing 40 knots it was sheating water when I came over hexam bridge.
Hopefully I get out of training early tomorow and can sail again leave stuff in the car.

F2 Speed board and 6.3m TrX. For me it was a better day than last Friday. I arrived later, so wasn't too tired when it was at its windiest. Happy to get over 38, it has been a long time.

its always gd sailing dwn at budgie, quite a bit of weed or some new
islands out there i should say. get up above the weed & it was great.
some guys took the weed on in the shalows but not for me. 10+ guys
out there, got most of them on the camera at some point.
