Lake Weyba, QLD, AU. Blustery SSE, to much variation in wind srength to get comfortable. Went out on RRD105/CL32/Reflex7.0, was underpowered most of the time so came in about 3.30 & rigged RRD112/CL40/Reflex7.8. That was alright for an hr or so then wind picked up finally so came back in for small kit, soon as I got out it backed off again & finally died at 4.45. DAM cold as well, out with Greggy & Adam.

Ballina, NSW, AU Isonic 90, 32cm, 6.2 overdrive. good fun in the gusty conditions, Eric came out as well.

Got to Ballina, NSW, AU late and saw Neale out there blasting. It looked pretty gusty, I figured it would drop out being so late. Got on the water and struggled to hang on. Too much board/fin and even sail in the end. Some 25 to 30kt gusts! Stoked to watch Neale get his first 30+ 2s then he improved on it each run after.

Highlight was avoiding the walk of shame when the wind died, unlike some others

Victoria Point, QLD, AU. 112 Falcon / 7 R8 / 36 TRibal. Gusty S-SE not the best for Victoria point. Forecast was for more southerly. Wind died and had to do the walk of shame back to the car.
