Penna, TAS, AU. FF114, Warp 7.0 and Z37cm.

Nice sail with Ferg today but very gusty as usual. Some strong gusts coming through.

South Ralph's Bay, TAS, AU  Sailed off South Arm spit.  IS115, OD 7.0, MXR 24. What a fantastic after-work sail, wind came and stayed in with some really strong patches - thought about getting off and holding the sail underwater a couple of times, not really game to bear off in the chop with the small fin in the big gusts. Sailed until dark. Gear a bit big and the fin a bit small but was best sail since last summer. Happy with the hour, slowly getting the hang of it.

Pitt Water, TAS, AU

isonic 107, volt 36, 7.0

gusty sail in a new spot, enjoyable on the big gear :)

Great work Tim and Ferg. Well done on the 1hr PB Tim. I thought about the spit at SA but it was low tide when we went out. Penna has potential MAYBE..... But I think it has to be N/NW or NW for it to work there. Easy place to rig up and get out.

Thanks Steve, wasn't able to push hard for the 1 hour with the small fin and I'm not fit, and had to slow it down a bit in the big squalls as I was completely overpowered - the spray started whipping up from the wave crests, was easily 30+ knots at those times. My board took off in a gust when rigging - luckily straight into me and not onto the highway! Ferg, looks like I am 1km ahead of you (4380km for me, 4379km for you)!
