It looked like being a fizzer, but I left work at 2.45 on the hope that the 15kt wind at Redcliff would come into Waterloo Bay. On the water at Lota at 3.45. Dredged for the first 15 minutes. The wind slowly came in and I was planning comfortably from 4.00. The wind built slowly over the hour. The session was only ended when the bank went under and released floating ribbon weed. No one else out at Lota. There were a couple of sails off Manly but I couldn't see anyone out at Wello. All in all a nice after work bonus sail.

Wellington Point, QLD, AU, Falcon111, Aerotec 7.7 and Curtis fin 42cm. After the wind started blowing I lasted about twenty minutes. Not much fitness for sailing yet. I could have been on the 6.3 sail in the end and lasted a bit longer, but I am happy I got out. Sailing with Jason and Charles and some pretty good sailor I have not seen before.
