Falcon 121, OD 7.8 UFO weed wide 40

Light winder on the lake in around 12/14 knots S/SE, launched from the IYC sailing club. A couple of foilers were out when I launched, they were pointing upwind well and getting plenty of flying time. I had some nice long runs across the lake over to kanahooka and back.

My first session for the November hour of power challenge, not enough wind to be planning the whole time but managed not to drop any gybes or fall in at all, nothing like a fun comp to lift your game and sail as best as possible in the conditions there. Nice one wind wanderers club and KA72 for organising this.
