Early afternoon sail with Shane on the bigger gear whilst the tide was up. No great speeds but good fun
Wish we had of had that much water on Monday!

2351 days ago Albany, WA, AU Harding rd . Got the message from Jeremy that he was going for a sail. For me to join him, and my lovely partner didnt have a long walk home from work, a bit of car shuffling was required. Thank you to Jeremy for his assistance with this.
A bit more water than there has been. Wind felt like it was coming from different directions from the start of the NM to the end. Albany is still enjoying some pleasant weather at the moment JP 121 , NP 7.8 evo5 , delta 24.

I hadn’t sailed here for 15 years so stoked to get back out in the waves. I turned off my gps after a couple of runs while I “tuned” my gear. A good session with no big swims 😁

Wasent expecting wind this arvo, but it did start blowing before 1400. So over to the weed farm for some of the smoooooth stuff.
Wind and tide was up and looking good, Strop came by, and met Greg, who had come down for a look at our weed.
By the time I got the board out on the water the wind had dropped, so started the chuging through the weed, with just a few puffs of wind, for a wile.
Then just after 1600 the wind started to get the board up on the plain, and then the fun part started,... shreding the weed.
Had the old slalom 52, ka kon 6.6, and weed55 17cm, or was it 16 now,... ???
