I ended up with 2 tracks today..I am not sure what KA72 does when you upload 2..it seams to combine them but don't think the distance???  I have another track with 38.05 kms on it which I think I need to add, will wait until the other guys post to see what there distances are.

Fun day at Sandy Point for the IWC Freerace.  Thanks Doug for running it.  I would do OK if I could do the turns better.

Used both the Atomicsurf Weapon 73 and the KA GPS64 with 7.1 and 6.3 KA Race and Tribal Slalom 40 and Poweremx 32.  The 2018 6.3 Race is sweet as!!!

What a way to start the season! I had a tonne of fun, only spooiled a bit by getting Spottified by the Spottsmiester.

Wind: 15-25knots.

Sandy Point, Vic.

IWC race day. A nice Easterly with a few holes in it. Mostly 16-20 but some brief gusts to 25 and occaisional lulls to 13.

We had a half hour GPS race. Thanks to Doug for running it and crunching the numbers. Cool

I was pleasantly surprised to win the first race ahead of ADO and Spotty who looked very fast.

Then I missed the start of the second race while I was fluffing around on the beach trying to get a smaller board organised to try for some peak speeds. But the time I poked my head around from behind the trailer thay the green flag was up and they were all flying. Not much point starting then, but it was great to watch. Martin was flying on his Atomic/KA slalom board and new 2018 KA Race 6.3m. I actually witnessed him pulling away from Spotty on one pass!!! Cool

I went out on the JP70SL and 5.4m but the wind was still too light for that sail and didnt find any speed. It was another lovely day of sailing with lots of IWC and other friends though. Laughing

SB IS87, 2016 KA Koncept 5.8m, Tribal WeedSpeed 27cm. The a brief foray on the JP70SL, Lessacher LWD R30 25cm and 2017 KA Koncept 5.4m

Liquid Image water camera goggles. Same brand as my ski goggles but properly waterproof and higher res. at 1080.

Unfortunately Liquid Image has recently gone bust, but a few of the new goggles are still around on Amazon and Ebay etc.

Stili from video of Spotty passing by (I'm working on some video):
