Seaside Park, NJ,  I was rushing from work to get home, loaded stuff in the car, on the shore I discovered there was no wetsuit.

So I sailed more than an hour in my clothes. However, it was a sunny, bumpy session.

Roo, it is not my intention to impress. I consider myself mentally stable. From my medical background, I believe, that short stress on the body helps to improve the immune system and longevity..

Hey, during the winter I'm never sailing in a full wetsuit Laughing, but then again, during the summer I am sailing in a dry suit...  Oh well.
