Good consistent wind great being on smallish kit.

Thought I was going to have to sail on my own but Jayson turned up earlier than expected joined by a few others later on.

What an awesome arvo sailing, good 15-18 kt. Out with Glynn, Kev, Mark and a few of the bump & jump crew. Even got to give a Dugong a cuddle!!! Bailed just in time. Ended up on top of it briefly. Scary, but at least others found it amusing. Even a PBCool

Called into Lake Weyba, QLD, AU on my way back from Hervey Bay.

Rain squalls caused the wind to be up and down.

Thanks to Greg, Pete and Anne for sharing the water.

Nice Jayson. I would have had a hug with your dugong friend as well. Was he/she close in?

About 200 north of 2nd beacon, the scary bit was the thought that it wasn’t a dugong....
