Ha, first sail in and aeon.

About three people out at Smellville including Ricey. Hopefully someone will notice the difference about my post other than the usual slow speed and short distance.

Cruisy sail at the local, just nice for the 6.3 zipping around with a few of the regulars on a warm day. Good to see Lao back for another small stint.

Fun little fang around at Peli in the late arvo.

On the water at 5 with the big kit...M137 + 9.0 Titan + 48 Volt.

It was pretty light when I was rigging, so I rigged the sail pretty full.  Decided to have a crack at an hour, and the breeze picked up to 17-20K, so the under-downhauled 9.0 became a bit of a handful, and I was a bit over-finned, which gave the legs a workout.  Good fun nevertheless, and pretty consistent conditions for a solid hour until just after 6.

Came ashore after the hour to apply some more downhaul, and went out again hoping to milk some more speed from the set-up, but the breeze dropped and I didn't go any quicker.

Really enjoyed having a sail after several weeks off

Nice flat water and managed a few good gybes

Rocket 125, 7.5 Turbo, 33 then 29 speedweed. Seemed faster with 29 and could still point.
