Windfoil

Started out on the race foil with 7m. I was well overpowered but Im getting better in controling this foil in stronger wind so it was good practice. Cant believe how high it can point. Worked from KH to Primbee in no time but it was crancking up that end so turned for home. The run back was pretty wild. Stopped for a chat with Chris in the middle and headed in to change down. Decided to stick with the 7m as it looked like the breeze was starting to back off. Changed to the GT foil for a blast which turned out to be a great move. This foil is so easy to sail. I could have blasted back and forth for hours. Just like blasting on a freeride board but without all the bouncing and bashing through the chop. Just flying over the top with control and in silence. So cool. This foil is so easy to use, even in 20kts. Im seriously starting to wonder if I need a slalom board??? Surprised Shhhhh dont tell anyoneWinkTongue out

Lake Illawarra, NSW, AU NE upto 20 knots or so

Club racing. Windier than expected. A frustrating day with most of it spent in the duck!

Got a foil in before - using the 10m sail - felt good until the wind went over 12 or 13 knots then felt quite heavy and hard to balance.

Missed the best of the wind.

Final short go of the Fox with the 8m HG - crappy wind up in the bay.

A day to forget!Frown
