Nice day out at Sandy Point. Lowering tide, SWish breeze,
Rigged up NP 4.7m just in case predicted wind turned up.

From 113am -Used 7.8m Severne R4, with Starboard 112l Carbon with 44cm vert fin, just me until about 1230pm, so had the course to myself.

Lots of weed ~peak 18kn, so swapped vert to 38cm weed fin  after an hour- VAST improvement- 7 runs peaking over 20knt/20sec in ~15-18knt breeze, peak speed 24.6knts yay me.

Maybe someone could have said try a smaller sail by 1pm, cos, as by 2pm was stuffed, missing jibes,  a catapult on far bank bommies, rested, wanted to go again, but noooo sayeth the body- forearms, wrists and thigh bones argh. Very hard to drive home to Sale today...

Liked blasting a few times to the bottom along the bank and returning almost to carpark skirting the bommies and getting back to the bank again. was going to try to go to caravan park end where heaps kites going, but too downwind...

made quite a few jibes today for once making the session longer, well pleased with meself!

Quick blast after IWC Discover Windsurfing Day

Should have been on smaller gear but hang on enough when sailing on the fin to survive.  Good to see around 20 on the water
