6.6m Ka Koncept - RS4 - 38 makani weedie then 

 7.5m GT turbo - RS4 - 38 makani

Tiring , lumpy ( 1-2' off coal occasional 3') then a bit flatter c 1' lumpy in other areas..Practise getting going in lightwinds and trying to stay on the plane in the lumps..

Underpowered with the 6.6m .Only got going occasionally and bash , bash , bash when I did.. not really powered up enough.

 Changed to the 7.5m but it had died by then and patchy gusts were only 14kts..

 Just Andrew and I. Andrew on the foil..Looks like fun when you get up on the foil..

Well it may look like fun, but it is a combination of incredible hard work and shear terror.

The Billy Bragg song - "Walk Away Renee" came to mind..
