What a crazy day, went to Bog early expecting a couple of hours around 15 k as had to get home early
On water around 10 with 6.0 Severne NCX on 112 L JP. Couple of good runs then got too strong, changed board to Exercet 58, one run really comfortable, on way back the wind dropped to zero, long walk back. After an hour the wind swung northerly and cranked in around 30k, really unexpected. Had a go but got trashed so gave it away. Chris Stott, Jonathon and Evan also gave it a go but at the end were blown off the water. Looking at the obs at Strath there were plenty of 40 plus gusts, was as wild as I've seen it for a long while
