It has been a while! I was surprised that the GPS still had some battery!

Fun doing laps with Boz and JJ at Wallyworld in the usual gusty Easterly.

Had a brief outing on the 5.3 then it dropped so rigged the 6.1.

Early morning session with Mark and JJ, good fun just doing laps while the wind was in. Quite a few out as well enjoying the easterly.

15-20 knots - a couple of hours on the Windtech and an hour on the foil. Good fun.

Well I had to wait around a while, but in the end Huey delivered Cool

Got down to Peli just after 8 and it wasn't doing much.  A few good gusts came through around 8:30, so I rigged the 7.6 and plugged a 38 CL SL2 into the big M137.

Hit the water around 9 and it was a sub-planing dawdle in 8-10K Frown

Back to the beach where I chewed the fat for a while with some other sailors who decided to pack up after witnessing my scintillating performance.

Everyone bailed around 10, except Formula Pete, so I followed him out and we cruised around for a while in 15-18K.  I was only planing intermittently and I was about to give it away when it booted in big time around 11:15 and I had some smoking runs across the river on the big board.

Combo ended up being spot on, and the last hour was mint.  Blew a harness line, and had to come in, or I would've kept going for longer.

Super stoked I stuck around and ended up having a great sesh LaughingLaughingLaughing

Gustfest but still great fun. Preferring the stability of the race sail now.

Came in to try out the small wing then mother nature switched off the fan.

Good to see you posting, Mark!

33 knots is a good reward for patience, Pointman.

Glad to see the rest of you had some fun too.
