Super gusty day at the train, probably would have been better at the grand.

Good fun had sailing off Holloways/Machans Beaches in 16-20kn winds.  Thought I was sailing solo with the PLB in the vest, until I saw Peter's sail closer to shore.

Have had a semi Plantar Fasciitis foot issue this week after touch footy duties...  Decided to harden up, with some Voltaren rapid, and get on with it...  Who said getting old aint fun!!?

Just started to get into the groove this arvo and the front foot strap let go on my ol' exo board, clip here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fSxKUeD2f8w&feature=youtu.be  Ended up so far upwind, I didn't know what to do with myself, except have fun sailing.  

Heading out to Palm Cove tomorrow around midday for short duties- planning to get in a sail in from 1pm at a beach close by once done.  Would love some company if anyone else is keen for a sail thereabouts.

Used the ol' Exocet 135 Severne OD 7.8 BP 47.5
