Hoppy was keen for a after work zip in the bay, got down early & rigged the 5.2 HSM as it was 15 - 32 on the wind meter with lots of 25kn. decided to play with the Lorch Speed board & the MXR 22 40deg. Took a couple of runs to settle in combo seemed to work ok in the flattish water had a coupe of nice runs before the wind started swinging more west the runs started feeling like 40 but was only clocking 31's but then a couple of spin outs a a grabbed rail kept me on my toes. Then it just switch off, was looking as a long walk back but managed to just get going & made it back to the point for a small walk of shame. Decided to stay in & de rig  while I waited for Hoppy who was due soon. (shudda just plugged the 5.2 in the Isonice & had another 30min of fun)Planned to rig the 5.6 on the Isonic, when hoppy arrived. He was still not here and it was  looking more like the 6.3. Now it look like rain so packed up & jumped into the car just as it started to rain, called it quits & headded home. Met Hoppy on the road & after a quick team meeting decided that the rain had arrived & the wind died that home was the best option
