It took a lot of getting used to pushing through the thick weed burgs and getting going. Hopefully not to windy tommorrow. Great to meet and sail with so many locals. When I arrived Frothie was showing me where to sail etc, We witnessed Matt have the worst catapult I have ever seen with him skipping across the water about 20m from his gear, Frothie said "he does that all the time". I thought to my self,"these guys are insane!". I thought he had run into a sand bank. Turned out Matt had broke a boom clamp line and he didn't hit the bottom, he was fine. It was a great sail and I learned a lot. Thanks to the locals for the advice and help. 105/90, M1 7m, XT-18/ Delta Slalom 19
