Long weekend crowds have dispersed so pretty much had the river to myself other than a few kiters. Water level dropped below flood stage but still quite a current. Wind fairly gusty so had to milk it to keep on the plane and stay juiced up. Quite a tactical game watching the gusts and making sure I sailed into them before jibing. Kept the same setup from the weekend in case the water got too choppy. Pretty mellow session, started out going for an hour to gauge my fitness for the season so far. Day 25 of normal 100 day season and blew past the hour with ease. After Two hours and nine minutes finally called it, didn't fall in or drop one jibe so quite happy with my endurance for the year so far. I reckon I can record some good sessions this season with the setup I used, can't wait to get another trip in to Boardman and the wide open river. All in all pretty smug after this arvo's fang!
