At the end of it all a good sail.  Sailed with new mate, Lync the chef who has an old quality board from the last century.  not enough wind for me at the start so gave him a glimpse of the future on Atomiq 120 and Neil Pryde V8 7.2 - he had an absolute blast lit right up on the fin - but he is only 60kg so he had plenty of board and plenty of sail.  While I was watching him the wind kicked up a couple of knots and I had a nice blast - nicely powered up on my gear making the most of the day.  Bought a waterproof watch off ebay so now I know exactly when it's time to come in.  Ed came down for a look and was pretty envious after yesterday's joke session.  Had a great sail and the tides were nice and neapish.
