sboardcrazy (24391km):  5-16kts SSW Canton Beach, NSW, AU 7.5m GT turbo- RS4 ( 111ltre) - 24FF Started out as a subplaning session to try and get a bit of sailing fitness but ended up with enough patches of 10-15kts to be fun! Most was out in the chop though. First time I've had the FF out in lake chop.It was pretty smooth but there were some 2 ' rollers and it handled it great. I'm very unfit but the heart went well today.. By the time the wind came in I had a headache and was feeling pretty sore from yesterday so I didn't last long. Muffed a gybe out the back and was reminded why I try not to waterstart in winter.. Brrr luckily I could jump back on and uphaul.. One day I'll get my much longed for 15-20kts SSw at canton.. The weed muncher was doing all along the shore west of the launch. Argh! I hope they don't go all the way out. I considered lying down in front of it to save the weed but the water's too cold at the moment.
